Formation and Development
The Institute of Science, Training and Human Resource Development was established under Decision No. 30/QD - TWH, dated December 10, 2014 of the Chairman of the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Association of Science and Talent Development. Nearly 10 years of establishment and development, the Institute has achieved certain achievements in researching and developing creative solutions in education and human resources. With a team of excellent researchers and experts along with research, consulting, training and international cooperation activities, we are committed to contributing to the development of education and the quality of human resources.
